Annual Travel Design Packages
Take your wanderlust to the next level.
There’s a whole wide world of places to visit and an infinite array of experiences to be had. All those choices are daunting to sort through, and planning and executing them can be time-consuming and stressful – that is, if you don’t devote your entire life to it! Fortunately, you don’t have to make yourself into a travel expert or give up all your other hobbies to make travel a reality, because you have me.
I limit the number of clients I accept, to ensure I can devote the right attention to each of you. Choose the annual travel design package that fits you best.
All annual packages include the
following services:
- A personal, customized travel plan for achieving your travel goals
- Unlimited phone calls (during business hours or by appointment) to discuss travel
- Unlimited destination research
- Unlimited bookings of escorted tours, cruises, and other tour packages, together with all associated arrangements (such as ground transportation, airline tickets, travel insurance, and excursions)
Diamond Package
You want your travels to be unlimited. This package gives you the freedom to experience everything you want, even if you don’t know what “everything” is yet.
- All services listed above.
- Twice-yearly consultation, either by phone, by Skype, or in person in Washington, DC, to discuss your travel goals for the coming year and beyond.
- Designing and booking one custom independent itinerary (up to two weeks in length) per year, together with all associated arrangements.
- Designing and booking one custom private escorted tour (up to two weeks in length) per year, together with all associated arrangements.
Annual Investment:
$1,595 per family
Platinum Package
You’re a jetsetter with a plan. This package allows you to accomplish all of your travel goals, with room for some unexpected trips, too.
- All services listed above.
- Annual consultation, either by phone, by Skype, or in person in Washington, DC, to discuss your travel goals for the coming year and beyond.
- Designing and booking one custom independent itinerary or one private escorted tour (up to two weeks in length) per year, together with all associated arrangements.
Annual Investment:
$995 per family
Gold Package
Your globetrotting is just getting revved up. You know you want to travel more, but you’re not sure how or where. Our guidance will get you started and on your way.
- All services listed above.
- Annual consultation, either by phone or by Skype, to discuss your travel goals for the coming year and beyond.
- 20% reduction of our à la carte fees for custom independent itineraries and private escorted tours.
Annual Investment:
$495 per family
Packages do not include the costs of travel; the fees are for my professional services only.
A La Carte Fees
You can also engage my travel design services on a trip-by-trip basis.
The following fees apply:
- Telephone consultations: $75 per hour
- Destination research: $75 per hour
- International airline tickets: $50 per person
- Hotel bookings: $50 per room
- Escorted tours, cruises, and other tour packages: $250 per family
- Custom itineraries (independent or private escorted): $100 per day of travel
- Other services priced upon request
